Our Facility

Pies
Our facility includes: two continuous pie lines, one unique and customizable “pies on-the-go” line, scotch pie and shepherd’s pie production capability and the ability to produce frozen entrées and quiches. If there is something that needs to be produced, our facility is more than capable of helping.

The Mortimer’s facility is regulated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and has all relevant manufacturing certifications, including: Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certifications.
